we are looking for the following features:

1- a ticketing system through email where we can receive requests from customers and the system creates tickets automatically and responds to customers with ticket numbers.

2- Create the tickets from the WhatsApp chat directly and perform the same as in point 1.

3- provide the customer with updates.

4- creating tickets from the website form.

5- The ability of the customer to review their ticket and follow them through a customer portal.

6- Provide the customer with his ticket status.

7- collect feedback from the customer through email, website or WhatsApp.

8- Integrate all the above points with Odoo Erp system.
