To address this gap, within the Question Types, Give the customers the ability to send files 'File Attachment' option. including popular formats such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT. Upon file submission, the workflow condition will validate the attachment.

Data Submission to System: Customers can seamlessly send necessary documents or information directly through the workflow.

File Requests: Facilitate the collection of essential files, such as CVs, from customers as part of the workflow.
